Condolence From: Bill Cicero
Condolence: He was my uncle, yet he filled much more than that common family title would convey. He was as large in spirit as he was in person and I always admired his work ethic. To me, my Uncle Don was always the embodiment of a "get it done" ideology. He was a big man who loved to seem rough and cold, but was truly caring and friendly. I treasure the memories I have of him, will miss him deeply, and hope that I get to see him again someday. Rest in peace, Uncle Don, you will be missed.

Condolence From: John Hudson
Condolence: Don was our excavator for many many years and he and I completed so many projects together. His skill as a machine operator was top notch, but it was his friendship and giving attitude that I will always be thankful for.

Condolence From: Jackellis
Condolence: He is a digging legend!! When you work and dance next to his machine you gain a brotherhood and trust you will never forget. He always made a work day fun because no matter what we dug up we always waited and enjoyed his opinion . I will always put forth the ethics he shared with everyone!!!

Condolence From: Donna Brust
Condolence: There are no words to express the loss of Don. Kent and I lived next door to Don and Joanne for 27 years. We have many many good memories of both Don and Joanne. Don, always took care of us in so many ways. He was a neighbor that was one of a kind. He watched our kids grow up and took part of their lives as well. They attended many get together that we held at our house. The 4 of us would work outside on weekends planting flowers, mowing lawns etc. Don's family were family to us to. Don's witty and "the man of many jokes" and being a man of his word will always be remembered. We are so sad and give since condolences to all the family. The love for their pets was amazing and helped us many times even with ours. It's a sad day to learn of this Don's passing as it was when he lost his Bride of many many years. When I think of Don I cannot help to include his wife Joanne. May God bless all of you in this time of sadness. Forever love, Kent and Donna Brust
