Condolence From: Jean-Paris Frauenglass
Condolence: Dear mom, Aunt Devon, Uncle Billy,
The legacy that my grandpa has left with me, is pure inspiration. A man who built a boat and left his life behind in pursuit of an adventure. I will never for get that. Wish I could be there.
Love,
Jean

Condolence: Dear Mom, Aunt Devon, and Uncle Billy. Grandpa was a huge mythical influence on my childhood, with his shields and swords, and his love of the outdoors. As an adult he is an inspiration to me, and I will miss him greatly. I love you and wish I could be there.

Love, Clark

Condolence: Bill was a strong influence on me in my 20's. Shipbuilder, inventor, self-made engineer and political dissident, but also nature lover, family man and spiritual seeker - he was the complete package, a man in full who showed up where needed. Over the years it was his kindness and humor that stood out, while we raised our children in his orbit. I miss him, and am grateful for his example, both for myself and for my sons. He embodied how to be a good man in an imperfect world.

Condolence: To Bill's Family,
We are so sorry to read of Bill's passing. We have memories going back to the 50s - hiking and canoeing in the Adirondacks, parties at his Ballston Lake Home before he was married, folk dancing at the "Y", square dancing at Bouquet River Lodge, etc, etc. We always enjoyed being with him We remember his making a waterproof case for his camera, making his own wet suit for scuba diving and other signs of his creativity. We helped launch the Blackberry Princes and the list goes on. Our only regret is that we didn't wee more of him and your mother when they moved back to this area. We are sorry that we are unable to visit on Monday as we have another commitment or you can be sure we would be there. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. Fondly, Clark and Millie Gittinger
